Job Description:

• Develop and implement business plans.
• Establish sales policies and policies for the sales team.
• Manage and motivate the sales team.
• Create revenue forecasts and periodic business activity reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). Report directly to the General Director.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop marketing, communication, and product advertising programs to help the company grow.

Job Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with experience in managing and developing sales channels in the consumer goods industry.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the current consumer market and customer behavior.
• Strong organizational skills, discipline, responsibility, and commitment.
