Delivery within the city.

Delivery time:

- Deliver assets to the rightful recipient.

- Bear the transportation costs related to the assets, except where otherwise agreed.

- Purchase liability insurance as required by law.

- Compensate the shipper for any damage incurred during transportation, except where otherwise agreed or provided by law.

Rights of the carrier:

- Verify the authenticity of the assets, waybills, or equivalent transport documents.

- Refuse to transport assets that do not correspond to the agreed type of assets in the contract.

- Request that the shipper pay the full transportation fee on time.

- Refuse to transport assets that are prohibited for trade or that are dangerous or toxic, if the carrier is aware of it.

Responsibilities of the shipper:

- Pay the carrier the full transportation fee on time and by the agreed method.

- Provide necessary information related to the assets being transported to ensure their safety.

- Monitor the assets during transportation if agreed. If the shipper is responsible for monitoring the assets and they are lost or damaged, no compensation will be paid.

Rights of the shipper:

- Request that the carrier transport assets to the agreed destination and at the agreed time.

- Personally or through a designated third party, receive the transported assets.

Liability for damages:

- The carrier must compensate the shipper for any loss or damage incurred during transportation.

- The shipper must compensate the carrier and any third party for any damage caused by assets being transported that are dangerous or toxic, and were not properly packaged and secured during transportation.

- If force majeure leads to the loss, damage, or destruction of transported assets, the carrier is not responsible for compensating for damages, except where otherwise agreed or provided by law.
